Have been going to the same Service Manager since 2002 when I bought my first Toyota. Tom Blemings is honest and trustworthy. I have always had wonderful service and have no complaints at all. Once our 4Runner arrived Jimmy notified us and was extremely attentive/ responsive to all of our needs. He ensured pre-inspection delivery was taken cared of, made sure the tint we had requested was done properly and even delivered our 4Runner to our house - while we were out of town on our family trip.
