Took my Camry in for standard 35K service - covered by ToyotaCare. Decided to use Tom Blemings whom I've had pleasant experiences w/before, rather than have the system randomly assign. Much better experience than my last visit which I wrote about how customer service has been lacking lately visit to visit. I had a very good experience dealing with Vinny Simonetti, Service Consultant. He really knows his stuff and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and the service department corrected it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Wish I could have selected negative stars. Purchased a Porsche Cayenne from them for $33K five months ago. Flew in from Arizona to pick it up. After the paperwork had been signed and I’m trying to drive off the lot, the check engine light comes on! I pull back in and call the sales rep out. She takes it to service where they perform an oil change because the previous technician had placed too much oil in the car. Fast forward to last week when my passenger floor is practically a puddle. Turns out the car needs a new heater core. That’s a $3200 repair at Porsche and who knows what will go next. Now I’m looking for a new vehicle because this one is unreliable. The Cayenne I bought before this is still running great and it’s seven years older than this one with over 110K miles on it. Centennial sold me a pretty piece of crap. Spend your money elsewhere. No communication! Had an oil change there that took 3 1/2 hours!!! It was my first time there and the process was different than I’m used to. My appointment was scheduled at 10:30, my car didn’t get taken fo hours!!! It was my first time there and the process was different than I’m used to. My appointment was scheduled at 10:30, my car didn’t get taken for 45 minutes while others who arrived after me were getting their cars in. There were a lot of people working there just walking around, not even acknowledging me. After the 2 hour mark there’s no communication, I have to keep approaching people to ask about my car. One man tells me it’ll be 40 minutes (when I’ve already been there 3 hours)! At this point I’m freaking out because I have to leave to pick up my son from school. I barely get to the school in time and to top it off I was unable to eat that whole day so I was shaking as I was driving. I wasted an entire day of work and all I was offered was another oil change for free. Not even close to compensating what I lost that day. More
This was my worst experience ever; I am a Toyota customer and have done all my maintenance at different Toyota Diller’s (Sahara and in Fl at OBT). I just went because my trunk was not closing right. I had that problem before, and the Diller fixed it no cost. Jenn, the representative, try to sell my all the maintenance already done, I asked to look in the system where she can see all jobs done. Even though she came again one by one, at the end she recognized I had all. The she pressures me to pay for the diagnostics in the amount of $ 178, just to know why the trunk was not closing right…??? Then she told no payment will be request for the diagnosis if Toyota fix the problem. They did, no parts where changed, and for the job done before by other Toyota Diller done in no more than 15 minutes, Toyota at Centennial charged me $ 254. They look Fredy with not respect for clients (money wise). I used to talk about Toyota that cars come with a good service, …. Not anymore!!! Nestor Cerruto More

This time we were trading in a Honda Odyssey for a Toyota Highlander, and the experience was very good. Peter Nguyen was the salesperson and he did a fantastic job. All charges were transparent, and listed on the vehicle sticker and described in detail by Peter, even some charges that buyers never get to see. Financing was also tailored to specifically fit our needs, and post sale support was incredible. Thank you again Centennial Toyota Team More
