We pride ourselves on offering a level of personal service that is among the best in the world and it greatly concerns all of us when we fail to live up to the expectations of our guests. Although Pre-Owned vehicles come with imperfections, we do try our best to ensure the best experience possible with a new owner. All Pre-Owned vehicles are put through a rigorous inspection with certified mechanics and it's frustrating when a vehicle has issues months after purchase. We do, however, offer Extended Warranty Contracts for used vehicles for situations like this. Unfortunately, the coverage was declined. We do however wish to help. If possible, bring the vehicle to Centennial Toyota and we can discuss a discount on the labor rate for your repair. Cliff Nauenburg
