Took my Camry in for standard 35K service - covered by ToyotaCare. Decided to use Tom Blemings whom I've had pleasant experiences w/before, rather than have the system randomly assign. I had a very good experience dealing with Vinny Simonetti, Service Consultant. He really knows his stuff and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and the service department corrected it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Wish I could have selected negative stars. Purchased a Porsche Cayenne from them for $33K five months ago. Flew in from Arizona to pick it up. After the paperwork had been signed and I’m trying to drive off the lot, the check engine light comes on! I pull back in and call the sales rep out. She takes it to service where they perform an oil change because the previous technician had placed too much oil in the car. Fast forward to last week when my passenger floor is practically a puddle. Turns out the car needs a new heater core. That’s a $3200 repair at Porsche and who knows what will go next. Now I’m looking for a new vehicle because this one is unreliable. The Cayenne I bought before this is still running great and it’s seven years older than this one with over 110K miles on it. Centennial sold me a pretty piece of crap. Spend your money elsewhere. More
