Wow! I have so many good things to say about my car buying experience at Centennial Subaru! Facility: Such a beautiful new facility, very well designed I have so many good things to say about my car buying experience at Centennial Subaru! Facility: Such a beautiful new facility, very well designed, easy to find, open, airy, clean, modern and very inviting! And the best snack area I’ve ever seen in a car dealership! Brand Specialist: Ousane Sarr, (Ouzy for short) remember this name!! From the very first text I received introducing himself as my Brand Specialist, (from an inquiry I did online) I felt his positive energy and willingness to help me purchase my dream car, and we hadn’t even met face to face yet! When I talk about a very personal experience with a genuine connection this is what I got from GS (Grandson), my new name for Ouzy and I’m GG (Grandmother) because during the whole experience, he treated me like family. My buying experience was a dream compared to past car buying experiences, which were a total nightmare! I knew I wanted a Crosstrek (my dream car) I picked out the one I wanted online, we did a test drive, and I was sold! Ouzy was very knowledgeable about the Crosstrek and he answered all of my questions, even the ridiculous ones, with such patience and care. The negotiation part went very smoothly and quickly, I didn’t feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. We made some adjustments to get my payment to a place that was comfortable for me. We laughed and talked a lot about many topics, and again Ouzy’s professionalism and phenomenal customer service made me feel very heard, seen, and respected in a business that many people have experienced unfair practices. Finance: Kevin Watt was my financial wizard, there were a few hiccups in this process, however, he worked diligently to iron everything out. He’s was fantastic in wrapping up the financial and signing side of deal. He explained the options, packages, and warranties in a clear and concise way and I was able to select the products that fit my budget and what would be the best future goals for my Crosstrek. Driving away: This again speaks to the personal touch by Ouzy (GS). While I was finishing up my paperwork with Kevin, he moved all of my items from my trade to my brand new car, which was so helpful and greatly appreciated!! I felt excited, proud, pleased, and accomplished as I drove my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek off the lot. It truly was a pleasure working with Ouzy, Kevin, and the whole Subaru team, because it truly takes a village! Referral: I’ve already made a referral to Team Ouzy and I will continue to share my story with any and everyone interested in buying a car that Subaru is the way to go! So if you’re in the market to buy a car and specifically a Subaru, I encourage you to seek out Ousmane Sarr at Centennial Subaru!! More
Everyone I dealt with at Centennial Subaru was excellent. Devonte was my main sales person, but when he wasn't available to meet with me he made sure I was taken care of and set me up with John C and Patric Devonte was my main sales person, but when he wasn't available to meet with me he made sure I was taken care of and set me up with John C and Patrice on different visits. All three of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure which I REALLY appreciated. I only buy a car every 8-10 years and normally it is a high-stress situation, but not with them. Devonte was patient and cheerful throughout, and when I finally came in to finalize my purchase he stayed long past his shift to get me through the buying process. There was a snafu with my reserved car, and everyone worked to make it right so that I drove out of the dealership with a beautiful new Crosstrek that I absolutely love at a great price and finance rate. Dominick in Finance was so helpful getting me through the financing process, letting me know my options with additional warranties but not pressuring me. I so appreciated that! Overall, this was a great experience with great people and I will happily recommend Centennial to anyone I know who needs a car. More

After 2. 5 months I finally took delivery of my 23' WRX LTD. General Sales Manager, Leigh Morehouse, Marc Cs Centennial Subaru is deserving of more than 5 stars. This dealership understands the word "customer". General Sales Manager, Leigh Morehouse, Marc Csentery in Finance and Ousmane Sarr in Sales made this buying experience such a pleasure. Leigh Morehouse bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the deal that was presented. Ousmane Sarr was extremely knowledgeable in showing and explaining the options with the different models and trims. Marc Csentery made certain the finance portion of the purchase went nice and smooth. I could not have been happier leaving the dealership in my new 2023 Outback Touring XT. It was a team effort with everyone understanding and conveying what Subaru stands for. This is my 3rd Outback, having purchased two in CA and now a 3rd here at Centennial Subaru. Centennial Subaru by far exceeds a customers expectations. More
