Bought a used car there about 3 weeks ago. I have purchased dozens of cars at many different dealers in 4 states over the years and this process was the worst. They tried to stick me with a $1700 reconditioning fee on top of the sale price. Also a $109 oil change fee. I chewed the recon fee down to $100. I got the oil change fee removed as an electric car has no oil. I wonder how many people are so happy about a new car and overlook such items. Jessica the salesperson was nice enough but knew nothing about the car. Maybe you do some homework before your customer comes in. Due to a paperwork change the dealership owed me over $2200 which I had overpaid. I just assumed that they would have a check for me when I picked up the car. That was not the case. Dominick the Finance Manager said it would take 2 days and I could pick up my check. Don't promise and under deliver. It took 15 days to get my refund and I had to hound them. On top of all that there were 2 recalls on the car that were not taken care of. The car is a Hyundai and I know that they can't do the recall. The Hyundai dealer is right next door . You could have taken care of that for your new customer. Have you ever heard of customer service. I had to drop the car off for the day get shuttled back and forth and have no car for the better part of a whole day. Terrible sale process. Beware, make sure you review all the numbers before you sign anything. More
Overall, it was good. My service tech was very friendly and professional. I did bring up 2 things regarding my vehicle that I felt were important. My ebrake will not hold at all on a hill or even my driveway. I think it needed adjustment. I was told it’s normal. Also, numerous times my car try’s to start but won’t… I was told it’s normal for a push start, it’s trying to find the key. The key is always right in the console. I will go to another Subaru to have those issues checked out. More

We also bought our Ascent here a year and a half ago and the Brand Specialist Kinzie and Sales Manager Robert always remember us when we come in for service and make it a point to come say hi and check in with us to ensure we are still happy with our purchase and if there is anything they can do for us. If you ask for someone besides Johnathan to assist you for your service, you should be ok with this dealership. He told me everything checked out on my Subaru. When I specifically asked for tire tread a for your service, you should be ok with this dealership. He told me everything checked out on my Subaru. When I specifically asked for tire tread and brake pads. He sent someone to check it and they both came back yellow. We didn't receive the colored breakdown and told that they couldn't produce one. So, what if something is red? Am I going to be stuck on the side of the road? More

I was deceived with with the interest rate . The sales person told me the interest rate will be 4.99%. But after they pulled my credit report at the last part of signing the paper work I found o The sales person told me the interest rate will be 4.99%. But after they pulled my credit report at the last part of signing the paper work I found out that the interest rate will be 7.99% . My credit score was 836. My credit score went down below 800 because of 2 hard inquiries. More
