I have known Jordan Berge at Centennial Leasing for more than 12 years. He has always been the one stop shop for me, my wife, my brother, my parents and my in-laws and a number of my friends. We lease new cars every three years and can’t imagine how big of a hassle that would be if it wasn’t for Jordan. I tried to check after him numerous times over the years... I always regret that. The enormous pressure and back and forth from the sales agents and the sheer number of calls and emails I get for weeks or sometimes months after a visit to a traditional dealership, in the end no one can come close to the deals Jordan gets. Jordan is very knowledgeable, professional, proactive, attentive, has terrific communication skills and very personable! He turned the much hated process of getting a new car to a quick, efficient and stress-free experience. We recently bought a car with Centennial Leasing & Sales. It was our first time using an Auto Broker service, that was recommended to us by our Insurance Agent. We weren't sure how the process worked, and my husband, when first speaking with Peggy Pino to find out what "this was all about," asked her "what's the catch" because it just sounded too good to be true. It turns out, it wasn't too good to be true! From beginning to end, the process was amazing! We told Peggy exactly what kind of car we wanted, the color, year, interior, etc. and she arranged to have it for us on site a couple of days later. We had our hearts pretty set on the new 2021 Subaru Forester, but my husband wanted to look at a couple of comparable models just to be sure, and those were available for us to look at as well. We test drove it on a Friday night, filled out our financing application Friday evening once we got home, talked with Peggy about our payment budget on Saturday and drove the car home on Monday after completing online paperwork earlier in the day. When we arrived to pick up the car on Monday, we were there for 15-20 minutes max, and then got the keys. Such an easy process. No haggling whatsoever. And I don't think we'll ever buy another car any other way! Highly, highly recommend! My only "complaint" was that we didn't get to purchase the car and take it home with us right after our test drive, but that very well could have been because we didn't arrive for our test drive until closer to closing and in order to get all the financing paperwork done, everyone needed a little more time. This is definitely the best way to buy a car! A couple of side notes - We did this entire process with our 2.5 year old toddler. When we walked in on Friday night we were immediately greeted with a coloring book and crayons for him, which he carried around the entire trip and even brought back with him on Monday when we came back for the car. The CoVID-19 precautions were very apparent. All employees & guests were masked and hand sanitizer and gloves were available throughout the building and showroom. We were a little nervous to buy a car during the pandemic, for all sorts of reasons, but Centennial Leasing & Sales did a great job of making us feel safe throughout the entire process. More

Wow! I asked Kurt Schlaefer to put me at the bottom of his watch list for an Acura SUV. He was sure to notify me as soon as they became available.
