He listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle - features, price point, safety, etc. - offered insight and information to help us make a decision between models, and had everything ready for a test drive on our timetable. We decided on a lease, and Brian took care of everything from there. No stress, no issues - he even brought the car to our house! 10 minutes of signing paperwork and he was out the door and we had a beautiful new car in the driveway. So easy. I can’t stress enough how wonderfully smooth and simple the whole process was, start to finish. We will definitely be contacting Brian the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. Once I narrowed the Make that I was looking for Mandy got me every model that I wanted to test drive, handed me a bag of keys and let me go out on my test drives. When all was said and done, I decided that buying wasn't in the cards for me financially at the moment so Mandy helped explain the leasing process, answered all of my questions and got me into my brand new 2019 dream car and I never had to step foot into a dealership in the process. The day of purchase, in less than 10 minutes I had all of the paperwork signed and was out the door driving away in my new Mazda.
