Joe and Brent were exceptional. Tremendous job by them both. The process did take longer than we had hoped, but we left with a great vehicle. Brent was very efficient in obtaining super rate on financing and with getting all of the paperwork done quickly so that we could hit the road. One suggestion though about trade-ins. There is no need to run down how bad someone's trade-in is, pointing out all of the things wrong with it. I visited another Pensacola dealer Saturday morning and they did not belittle our cars. More

I purchased a brand new vehicle from Centennial on 7/18 and it was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was greeted promptly by my salesman, Joe, who was very friendly, informat and it was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was greeted promptly by my salesman, Joe, who was very friendly, informative, and laid back. Joe was by no means a pushy, aggressive salesman like at other area dealerships. Joe was able to answer all of my questions regarding the Volvo S60 that I was looking at purchasing. The over all process went very quickly and smoothly. The finance manager, Brent, was also great to work with. He did a great job helping me find a terrific finance rate for my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Centennial to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. They have a first class staff and I will definitely be return in a few years to purchase another vehicle!! More

I have tired other dealerships closer to my home but I will travel the 32 miles to get to Centennial because of Roger and his service tea unmatched. A repeat and very satified customer. Rick Neal sold us our very first E-Class and when it came time to trade, we went back to Rick and Centennial. We were not disappointed. They had the car we were looking for and gave us a great deal on the trade in. Rick had prearranged everything to where we pretty much drove in, swapped the keys, signed the papers and drove home. The passegnger door on my 2003 CLK55 AMG was not latching. So I took my Benz into Centennial imports on the July 2nd, 2012 to get fixed since this was a security/saftey issue. I also had them chec latching. So I took my Benz into Centennial imports on the July 2nd, 2012 to get fixed since this was a security/saftey issue. I also had them check out a few minor issues that weren't necessary but I really wanted fixed because I love my Benz and want the best care for it. John Carey was my service writer. He called me back and the necessary cost for what I needed to have fixed was $750 to fix the latch. The additional costs for the cosmetic fixes was an additional $900. This price was not a big deal to me because I am willing to pay a premium as long as my vehicle is fixed correctly and I receive quality customer service. This was not the case. I was notified on the 9th that I would be able to pick up my Benz in the afternoon. When I arrived at Centennial Imports, John brought me back to the shop to point out that my electronic dashboard/gauges were no longer working. He then proceeded to explain that a repair for this was $1900. He stated that Centennial would be willing to pay for part of it, but because my car was an older model, he stated that they were expecting me to pick up part of the tab. I explained to him that when I dropped my car off, it was working and in turn, I expected it to be working when I picked it up. He referred me to his service manager, Roger Hosmer, who basically told me the exact same thing. I told Roger that I had no intentions of paying for damages that occurred while it was in their shop. He stated he needed to get ahold of his regional office to see what arrangement could be covered. The next day, John relayed to me that I would be responsible for $400 of the cost. I told him I was not going to pay a dime for it and if I had to, I would take the proper legal procedures to make sure it was taken care of. When I called John back the next day to see how long the process was going to take, Roger intercepted the call and rudely told me that they were picking up the full cost and told me that they would be careful about how they do business with me in the future. He then slammed the phone to hang up. Very rude and immature. I went to pick up my vehicle 10 days after I dropped it off to get fixed. It was finally fixed but only after having to go through a customer service nightmare. I do not recommend this dealer. More
I have purchased a C300 Demonstrator, and a used CLS 500 from this dealership. I have also had great service on the above vehicles. This purchase was a used C63 AMG. There is no automotive product like Mercedes Benz, and no better Mercedes Benz than an AMG. If you are on the Florida Gulf Coast, Centennial Imports is the place to purchase your Mercedes Benz. More
I bought a car from them sight unseen. The transaction was flawless. The car was exactly as described with no detail left out and the delivery service was impeccable. You expect high quality when you work with a Mercedes Dealer but this dealership was way above expectations. They met me at the airport, the car was cleaned, ready, and full of fuel. They went over the car with me in detail. During the inquiry process no matter when I called or who answered the phone they were more than ready to help. They made it easy for me to do business with them. Having never worked with them before I would definitly buy from therm again and recommend this dealership to anyone. More
