Painless! I was seriously dreading the whole buying process but it truly was painless! The vehicle did most of the talking and I just couldn't get it out of my mind. No pressure but professional communication made it an easy decision and I am loving my new Volvo. More

He had it picked out for me before I even got to the lot. He made the process super easy. His knowledge of Mercedes is incredible. Thanks, again, Rick Neal. More
WORST EVER! I saw a Volvo X60 online, called, settled on a price and traveled from LA to purchase. The dealership took booster seats out of the car without my permission and I've never been given the booster seat to this day. Tony also charged me FL taxes (even though I explained I was from LA and to charge me LA taxes) on the purchase paperwork. I had to hire an attorney to get the purchase paperwork corrected (after the manager threatened me to bring the car back or he'd come get it). The dealership finally sent me a check for their screwup one month later and paying attorney fees. They've never given me the booster seats as Tony said they had given me a good enough deal. Horrible dealership!!!! Scammers that try and screw customers over only this time it didn't work this time. I'd still like my booster seats that were listed on the sticker that was in the window. More
No Stress, The Best I am a senior and alone. The last time I bought a car was seventeen years ago, I do not know much about cars. What they had to choose from was quality I am a senior and alone. They will educate me on how every thing works. Most important is that they did not try to sell me something I did not need or want. I trust them.They have integrity and I will be back. Worst Management I have ever see I had made a phone call to the dealership and spoke to the Service Manager named Matt. This employee which I can't believe is even in Management start I had made a phone call to the dealership and spoke to the Service Manager named Matt. This employee which I can't believe is even in Management started to scream and using profanity towards me. I would not even recommend a oil change at this place of business. If this is the way they treat their customers then I will take my business else where. More

Saved our Vacation Our Mercedes Benz RV had an engine light come on that reduced power to the engine. We contacted Centennial Motors and limped into the dealership the Our Mercedes Benz RV had an engine light come on that reduced power to the engine. We contacted Centennial Motors and limped into the dealership the next day. They greeted us promptly, diagnosed the problem, and after consulting with us, proceeded to replace the faulty part. Roger, the service manager, even recommended a great place for lunch & had a driver take us there during our wait. The RV was fixed before we got back to the dealership. Centennial Motors employees were all friendly, seemed genuinely concerned about our vacation being interrupted and had us in and out in less than 4 hours. More

great dealership! We had previously left the BMW dealer because the salesman wasn't listening to what we wanted. At Centennial, the first salesman (don't remember name We had previously left the BMW dealer because the salesman wasn't listening to what we wanted. At Centennial, the first salesman (don't remember name but he was very nice and actually listened to my wife ; a big plus for him!) He showed us MB and Volvo and test drove with us. When he picked up that we were leaning towards the Volvo, he handed us off to David who was more well versed in the vehicle. David was not only courteous but also very helpful. During the sales transaction, David continually listened to us and strove to ensure that we understood and the features how to completely operate the vehicle. He answered all of our questions and never once acted as though we were a bother. David followed up after the sale to see if we had any questions and to ensure our complete satisfaction. He offered his time to go over the vehicle a second time because of the complexity of the vehicle's systems, which we took advantage of. Once again, he was patient with us, thoroughly answered all of our questions and was extremely courteous. David offered additional visits as needed and even offered to come to our home. David was the best salesman that I have ever dealt with when buying or leasing a new vehicle. The manager was helpful in making the sale; while we were ready to leave and think about it, he made a deal with us that we were not prepared to leave on the table. Done deal. The finance guy was expeditious which was great because it had been a long day. Centennial was great! More
