The only glitch was we arrived sooner than we said we would and had to wait a few minutes after all the paperwork was done for them to finish washing and waxing the car. We found out the second day my wife's key was glitchy, took it in without an appointment and they got it fixed right away. More
Terrible service experience So I have been taking my ford vehicle to Cella Ford for serving for quite sometime now and I usually deal with Maurice, but when Maurice is not there So I have been taking my ford vehicle to Cella Ford for serving for quite sometime now and I usually deal with Maurice, but when Maurice is not there you might as well forget about it. There is a new service agent working there, her name is Diane Dennis. She is rude and very condescending. After calling several times to bring my vehicle in, no one answers the phone, so I decided to drive 30 minutes there. I got there at 1pm only to be turned away by MISS Diane! Who told me all the mechanics were busy and I would have to come back 8:30 in the morning the next day when the service department opens. She clearly was trying to make it difficult for me because she wasn't concerned if that time was convenient for me or not. I took my car for servicing the week before and after leaving the shop and on the highway I heard a loud rattling sound. I could not immediately return to the service department because I had prior obligations.. The manager also walked away with a disgusted reaction when I started complaining about my car. He made an unsavory comment about me to one of the service mechanics who was standing close by and both look at me in an unpleasant manner. Worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. I now refused to go back there. I will now take my car to another Ford dealership. This is such a turn off that i refused to buy another Ford vehicle. I will not go where my business is not appropriate but instead feel like a bother. More
I very rarely write negative reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone to experience the same TERRIBLE customer service that I did from Floyd Paul at Cella Ford. In short, my husband and I were in the market want anyone to experience the same TERRIBLE customer service that I did from Floyd Paul at Cella Ford. In short, my husband and I were in the market for a truck. Floyd ended up being the sales person that we were working with at Cella Ford. He was VERY pushy and called multiple times after we told him that we were going to make a well thought out decision. After we were ready to purchase the truck we told Floyd (at 8:00pm on a Tuesday night) that we wouldn't be able to get to the dealership until 5:00pm on Wednesday night. He asked us if we wanted him to hold the car for us and we said that would be excellent. When we showed up (ready to drive the truck, get it checked out by our mechanic, put money down, and pay in cash) you can imagine our surprise and anger when we discovered that he had NOT put the truck on hold and sold it earlier that day. I find it interesting that Floyd is able to annoyingly call multiple times a day when trying to make a sell, but he couldn't give a courteousy call to let us know that the truck had sold and not to drive 40 minutes (one way). If I ever did use Cella Ford to purchase a vehicle after this situation, which is highly unlikely, I would definitely never use Floud Paul. More
went in to cella ford with a credit score of 803. Bought a truck- they bombed (slammed down) my credit score to a 640 (check it at least 3 times- and or from different sources) so as to I guess let their bu a truck- they bombed (slammed down) my credit score to a 640 (check it at least 3 times- and or from different sources) so as to I guess let their buddies at BB&T take my loan. this was my 4th new vehicle and highest financing yet. Its been 3 months and only now am i back to the mid 700s. Buyer beware. I have had a clean and good credit history my whole life. As for repairs, I always hear the same as the negative reviews on here. 200+ dollars to spray some electronics cleaner... its a joke. just look at the building and the staff and look at their yearly turnaround. all that $$$ is going somewhere and it aint helpin' the customer. In any case, Maurice in service stayed on the job with us, great communication and when the part was in, he gave me a loaner and the car was repaired only a few hours later. They have well earned my business when I purchase another new vehicle in the coming months! More
