Do yourself a favor...avoid Downs Ford at all costs. If you loke fords....There are plenty of other Ford dealerships out there. Downs has charged me $500 for a cracked sub-frame on a new hrbrid.That they s you loke fords....There are plenty of other Ford dealerships out there. Downs has charged me $500 for a cracked sub-frame on a new hrbrid.That they said was not under warranty... $100 on the free rental for smoking in it ( I do not smoke and I was the only passenger in the rental ). Then they tried to grab extra $$ from me for a front end allaignment. More
