TRUCKS LEAKS THEY WONT FIX JUST LOVE MOLD IN MY BACK SEAT well after dealing with the service department at downs ford i could have screamed took truck in to have it looked at found out battery was no good well after dealing with the service department at downs ford i could have screamed took truck in to have it looked at found out battery was no good i can deal with that one . ask to look at my truck back seat is wet said its $104.00 an hour to find leak it turns out to be the third brake lift leaks . $225.00 they wanted for the light say its not covered in waranty are you kidding so that a total of 329.00 to fix a light , ok its gets better sale men calls to say hey whats with this reveiw it posted told him the story said he would see what he could do and call me back guess he forgot my number LMAO so besides all that had to have my back seat cleaned by someone to get the stink or maybe mold out of it THANKS DOWNS FORD oh yeah i do sales for a living too and i would never do this to a customer oh thats right im not a car sales men LMAO More

Mike is one of the first honest car salesmen we've ever encountered. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, and did not push. We were there all day, and took many test drives of different vehicles. Another salesman might have been frustrated and annoyed, but not Mike Papaycik. He talked my son out of a car that would have made him and the company more money because he knew it wasn't the right car for a 17 year old. He helped get us the best deal we saw in four states on a used Ford Mustang for our son -- who is over the moon about his car. We will definitely be back to Downs Ford in the future, and we hope Mike Papaycik is helping to run the place when we do. More

Horrible Experience with the Service Department I made an appointment to have my 2006 Ford Explorer serviced with a tune-up, struts, and front & rear brakes. After this was complete, I kept getting I made an appointment to have my 2006 Ford Explorer serviced with a tune-up, struts, and front & rear brakes. After this was complete, I kept getting early morning phone calls(I work late at night) that there were problems like an oil pan seal leak and a loose timing chain. I was quoted a price to replace the front timing chain, tensioners, and oil pan gaskets, and then I got a call that while disassembled, they found more damage and I needed a new engine. I told them to just finish the timing chain and tensioners and the gaskets. When I picked up the SUV, the a/c was not working, nor the window washers (which they had fixed) were not working, and then when I got home and looked at the bill, I saw that they charged me the same for NOT replacing the timing chain as they had quoted for replacing the item. So now I was left with a $4000.00 bill and an undriveable auto. More
