Your service experience in most dealerships is largely dependent on the people you have interaction with. Their job is to understand your concerns and translate that into actions that they must take to m dependent on the people you have interaction with. Their job is to understand your concerns and translate that into actions that they must take to meet your expectations. NO ONE does that better than Joe Pati and Patty in the Downs Service Department. I have purchased 4 new vehicles over the years from Downs and it's the quality of their Service Department that keeps me going back. Joe and Patty make the difference. Possibly the quickest and most pleasant experience I have ever had leasing a vehicle. We bought a truck from Downs back in 2002 and only recently it finally died and we needed to find a new truck/van in a hurry. We did have someone help us at Downs to search for what we were looking fo recently it finally died and we needed to find a new truck/van in a hurry. We did have someone help us at Downs to search for what we were looking for and I have to say they are amazing, the woman we dealt with did not stop searching and followed up with us to see if we were still searching ourselves as we are from Bergen County, she worked very hard in her search and we are thankful for her being very professional and not quitting but because we were in a hurry we did find one on our own.
