Amazing I've been getting my cars from downs ford since I was 19 and got my first car myself ! I currently went there with my husband and we are expecting our first child and wanted a safe suv but of course like everyone we have a budget. Johnathan and lindsay the finance hurl did whatever they could to get us the best deal and got us in a 2020 ford explorer exactly what we wanted. Because if Johnathan and his determination my baby can be safe. If you need a car I highly recommend downs ford and ask for johnathan ! More

Hiding the Truth Our sale person, Maria Springer, was very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to find the truck we wanted. Our problem is that no one mentioned that the truck needed a new transmission. To me honestly is the best policy. Not letting us know this was very sneaky. We like the truck, we like it even better with the new transmission we put into it. We know that buying a used vehicle is a risk, there is always going to be a problem. I just feel that the dealer or owner should be up front with information on the vehicle. I do not know if everyone knew about the issues of the truck but I am sure someone did. Shame on that someone. More

Car buying made easy Stopped in on a Saturday with only 30 minutes until the dealer closed up shop for the weekend. Ray Carwheel greeted me and chatted with me a bit about Stopped in on a Saturday with only 30 minutes until the dealer closed up shop for the weekend. Ray Carwheel greeted me and chatted with me a bit about what I was looking for. He showed me a couple of options on the lot. One caught my eye and the price caught my interest. Asked him for a test drive... by this time dealership was closed but he still took me out. After we got back I knew this car was something I was seriously interested in. He introduced me to “Big John” Duncsak who ran all the numbers for me and a couple of different ways so I can really get a feel for what my payments would look like. Didn’t leave with the deal done as this was only the 2nd car I test drove and I wanted to think about it. Left a deposit and by time the weekend was over, I was ready to commit. Called them Monday- we did everything over the phone to get the deal going. Car and paperwork was ready for me when I came in to sign. No hassle, no back and forth, no pressure. Quick, easy, painless. Donato Jensen was great to work with in the Business office too. Thanks Downs team for making this a great experience. More
