Car buying made easy Stopped in on a Saturday with only 30 minutes until the dealer closed up shop for the weekend. Ray Carwheel greeted me and chatted with me a bit about what I was looking for. He showed me a couple of options on the lot. One caught my eye and the price caught my interest. Asked him for a test drive... by this time dealership was closed but he still took me out. After we got back I knew this car was something I was seriously interested in. He introduced me to “Big John” Duncsak who ran all the numbers for me and a couple of different ways so I can really get a feel for what my payments would look like. Didn’t leave with the deal done as this was only the 2nd car I test drove and I wanted to think about it. Left a deposit and by time the weekend was over, I was ready to commit. Called them Monday- we did everything over the phone to get the deal going. Car and paperwork was ready for me when I came in to sign. No hassle, no back and forth, no pressure. Quick, easy, painless. Donato Jensen was great to work with in the Business office too. Thanks Downs team for making this a great experience. More

Great Car Buying Experience - Kudos to Maria, John & Donato Just had the best car buying experience I've ever had at Downs Ford. Maria Springer was our sales associate and she treated us with respect, friendli Just had the best car buying experience I've ever had at Downs Ford. Maria Springer was our sales associate and she treated us with respect, friendliness and even the restraint we needed. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. John Duncsak came over and talked with me like a human being for a while since it was near closing on a Saturday afternoon that I first went to the dealership and we had time to chat. The dealership stood by their online sale price without hesitation and between the mark down the dealership was offering and the rebates available provided a terrific deal for the vehicle we purchased. On pick up date we also dealt with Donato, the financial manager and this was absolutely the easiest experience I've ever had for that phase of the purchase. In fact, the most difficult part of the whole process was probably getting the Ford Connect app installed and activated on my phone and even that wasn't really so bad. Thanks again to Maria, John and Donato for all of their assistance in buying our new car. I would be happy to purchase from them again. More
