This was my first time dealing with this dealership. Although my first stop in was lackluster (no one greeted me for nearly 15 minutes), the one employee who did was Jonathan Tejada. From there, he was absolutely the best salesperson to deal with. The manager, Joe, even called me to say they wanted to do everything they could to make me happy and work out a good deal. Jonathan took me for a test drive and he gave me a copy of the door sticker. I did some homework and went back. I decided on the truck I wanted, Jonathan went over every detail and the process was very efficient. There was no hard sell and even the finance guy (sorry, I forget his name) did present me with options without any pressure whatsoever. When I picked up my truck, Jonathan spent a lot of time with me going over all the operational details. He took my pic with the truck and sent me merrily on my way. I LOVE my truck (Maverick) and would highly recommend, if you're looking for a Ford, to go see Jonathan at Celebrity Ford. He gets 5***** in my book. More

Today I went an hour and a half drive to this dealer who I have been speaking to for days (Jonathan) we had a set up time to get the vehicle that was on the lot. When I arrived , Jonathan and the vehicle were not there. He went home sick just before I got there and the vehicle had been sold four days ago. I just spoke with him today to confirm! We were told by an employee they say things like that to get customers even when they know the car is not on lot. That’s just bad business and a waste of time for the person (me in this instance) that was scammed. More
This is used to be a great store, owned by a very nice family, they always take care of their clients, and was very honest about everything, now after changing ownership, I would not recommend anybod nice family, they always take care of their clients, and was very honest about everything, now after changing ownership, I would not recommend anybody to even call here. There is plenty of dealerships in the area, that owned by much better families than this one. they promise you anything you wanted to hear over the phone, and then when you get there, everything is changing, drove hundred miles wasted a whole morning. Please note I’m in the car business and I know what’s worse what, I called with a very specific question for very specific vehicle, and was given answer just to bring me in the store, walk me through the whole process and then hit me 10 grand over. They could tell me this over the phone, but NO, why not take a shot at the previous customer, that was very happy with his previous purchases from Downs Ford. People who wrote the order were were competent and friendly. The work appears satisfactory. When I originally dropped the car at Celebrity for service I was told you could not find the part. Therefore, I furnished the part for this repair. Upon completion there was 5 percent "customer pay shop charge for repair order" of $17.99. If this is a credit card charge use charge, you need to find a cheaper processor. This is my perception of this service: I had to do your job and find the part and then your have the audacity to charge an excessive credit card load. Do you thing I might be motivated to find another dealership when I need service or a new vehicle? More
Very unsatisfied with their sales department. Not only did they keep racking on money after an agreed price but they never showed me the cost to begin with. After three weeks of waiting for the refund check I was told that they messed up the price of the vehicle and are now taking money out of my deposit. Terrible business in my opinion and I would t recommend this dealer to anyone! More
