I just leased a new Ford Escape from Downs Ford and had one of the best experiences in purchasing a car that I can recall. Donato Jensen was attentive and helpful throughout my experience, removing most of one of the best experiences in purchasing a car that I can recall. Donato Jensen was attentive and helpful throughout my experience, removing most of the angst and stress that normally goes with dealing with a car dealership. I usually feel like I am being bamboozled and pressured when dealing with car dealers, but Donato and the folks he worked with helped me to be at ease throughout the experience. It came across in both word and actions that Donato and the Downs team were committed to me getting the car that I wanted, not that they wanted me to buy, through a comfortable process. I am used to a dealer doing anything to keep me from leaving the dealership once I seemed interested in a car, sometimes "stalling" my departure for hours. With Donato I came and went, did my research, communicated with Donato by email and phone, and completed the transaction at my pace. The experience was so good that we are preparing to get another family car, within a month of this first experience with Downs. More
