FYI - I’ve received yet another phone call today from Denise. If you can please provide me with your email, I’d like to send you my information so I can be removed from the database. I thought after your response, your team would have been fully briefed to review their prospects and been told to only reach out appropriately to potential customers. Mr. Friesendorf, Your previous review stated you "were allowed to leave with no options presented to you", and when reminded of the 3 we actually did present, you now have offered this review, which is noticeably different and also wish to speak on what is true. We would have been happy to repair and warranty the original concern. The second option of another pre-owned vehicle was in fact less than the one you purchased, you just did not like the color. The third option was a new vehicle, with a drastically reduced interest rate. We are comfortable with the effort put forth to do all we could to assist you, and certainly respect and are comfortable with your wishes to visit other dealers.
