I will never buy a car from Celebrity ford because the salesmen's "boss "does not want to treat customers with respect or work with the customer. While I asked many questions about the price of the new c salesmen's "boss "does not want to treat customers with respect or work with the customer. While I asked many questions about the price of the new car, warrentee ,my trade in, financing, he let me leave like I he didn't have any deal for me at all and walked away . SO ,I left without buying a new CAR , The salesmen was very helpful and let me take a car for a ride but sometimes their boss lets a deal slip away to another dealership ,too ! Although, I have purchased over 7 new fords in the past and one at their dealership in the past "DOWNS FORD " but, I still like fords. I believe, If you choose a dealership that wants to sell you a new car like the many on route 37 ,don't waste your time with Celebrity Ford . I have used Fette ford, Clifton, Wayne Ford, Downs Ford, All American ford, Point Pleasant maybe its time to not buy a ford at all ! More
Bought a Bronco in March 2023. Had it in for service and was told I needed to have the tires rotated. After leaving the service center I noticed the car would shake and vibrate bad Had it in for service and was told I needed to have the tires rotated. After leaving the service center I noticed the car would shake and vibrate bad at highway speeds, sometimes just around town driving as well. I brought it back in for service and explained to the service dept what was happening. I received a call later and was advised I needed a front-end alignment and all my tires rebalanced. Paid for that. I left the service center, and it was still shaking and vibrating. Brought it back in again. I told them to look at the shaking again. Three days and apparently three techs and the service manager drove it and said it was normal vibration. Is it normal for your cell phone to fall out of the holder because it was shaking so badly? And why did I pay for tire balance and front-end alignment if its "Normal Vibration". I was told they didn't know what I did putting on the aftermarket tires. Well, I didn't put them on celebrity Ford did. I bought it that way. They told me nothing is wrong with my truck it is perfectly safe. I ask for this in writing which they did. I had also sent the GM an email explaining all of this. After I brought the truck home, I googled the issue I was having. Funny thing is a Ford Forum came up. I asked the question and everyone on the site stated I needed Hub Centric Rings. I ordered a set off of Amazon and put them on. My truck drives perfect now. How do the "Techs" not know this? I told the service manager that I wanted a refund for the service that was done prior to this one. He advised me that he would ask management and call me on Monday morning. Well, no call Monday morning, go figure. The GM called me on Saturday and left a message for me to call. I sent him an email on Tuesday because I wanted to see if the service manager was going to do the right thing and call me. Further research I find if this was not fixed the tires could have sheared the lug bolts off and I would have lost a tire while driving. Yet they signed my receipt stating the truck was safe to drive. Also, found that if the lug nuts are not set to the right torque without hub centric rings the truck could vibrate as well. I have yet to hear from the dealership or any manager. The communication from them is awful. Didn't call me when they said they would. Service manager said he would call I had to call back, and he told me he texted me. Well, he was texting the wrong number. They have my correct number, and he could not even get that right. They sent me out in an unsafe vehicle. I have contacted Ford Manufacturing, still awaiting a response from them. I also contacted the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to have this dealership investigated for releasing an unsafe vehicle on top of not one Tech new about Hub Cenric rings to fix my issue. They were very interested in this issue. Do yourself a favor shop at a different ford dealer. More

I had a specific vehicle picked out, gave all the details about my current lease. Asked specifically for an email or text - no call - I have received exactly ONE email from the general manager (automated I’m sure) asking how Denise was handling my needs. I responded with the details of my request and how my request for contact was ignored. She didn’t answer my email. I have received 6 unwanted phone calls from Denise. I tried giving Celebrity a shot, Downs lost me as a customer after a staffing change made their customer service go down the tubes. As a woman, I was really hoping for stellar customer service in this women-led business, as it’s not common in the auto industry. Unfortunately, they completely missed the mark. I expected a much higher level of customer service from an auto group based mostly in luxury vehicles. Time to train your staff back to the basics - listening to the customer. I purchased my 6th vehicle (4th lease) from Bobby Barranger at Larson Ford last Saturday; he values my time and listens to my needs. Sorry Celebrity - I hope you figure out how to do better. More

I purchased a 2020 Explorer that ended up being a lemon. After 12 hrs the car had transmission issues. I took it back and although they offered me 2 options neither were suitable. 1 was 100 more a month and After 12 hrs the car had transmission issues. I took it back and although they offered me 2 options neither were suitable. 1 was 100 more a month and the other was a vehicle with higher mileage then desired. After leaving a bad review on Google their customer service rep claimed I had unprofessional behavior and tries to use the internet to get unrealistic deals. Neither is true, and is comical. End result is I got my car I traded in back from them. I'd stay away More
