RUN AWAY! !! My lease was ending, so I worked with Colin to purchase my vehicle. I asked him if I could use any of the money that I had paid towards my lease to !! My lease was ending, so I worked with Colin to purchase my vehicle. I asked him if I could use any of the money that I had paid towards my lease towards the purchase of my car and he said no. He assured me he could help me and my lease and purchase my car and he knew how to do this type of transaction. I purchased my car at the end of May and the whole team, including the finance man, said that my June payment would not process for the lease. Two days later, that payment came out. When I called Kia leasing, they said I should’ve been able to purchase my car for the residual value. This company charged me over $4000 more than what I should have been able to purchase it for. Jared, the manager reached out to ask how things were going and I told him that I was upset that he overcharged me and that as a woman I have lost faith in his company. I have sent him five emails and called and he has not replied to me. If you are ending your lease, go through the online portal, do not use Coughlin Kia. They also wanted to charge me $95 for a new air filter that was $10 on Amazon and took two minutes to change. This company is not female-friendly. More

We put down $1000 deposit to reserve a new Sorento in early July that was supposedly being delivered 2 weeks after we were there. Salesman, Cam Ladd, never followed up with us so we had to call to get an early July that was supposedly being delivered 2 weeks after we were there. Salesman, Cam Ladd, never followed up with us so we had to call to get an update on status after 2 weeks and were then told that delivery was bumped out to September! Salesman said he located another car that would be delivered the next week. He would drive up to their Lewis Center location and drive it back to Dublin for us. Salesman never updated us. we called and left several messages for him and no return call. We went to Germain and happily bought our new car from them. NEVER dealing with Coughlin!! More
The service department is a disaster! Mr. Victor was always our contact and there was very bad communication. They claimed that it was that pieces did not arrive. Which I don't believe! After the car was ready, they again requested more parts that the car allegedly needed and the process began again. Lasted 60 days! Dealing with Kia Customer Service was more traumatic than the theft of the vehicle itself! To top it off, the vehicle was delivered, all ugly inside and with a musty smell! They did not have the delicacy to clean it and pick up what the thieves left and watered after they had it at their dealer for more than 60 days. I am very disappointed in the customer service department. My daughter doesn't even want to use the car like this! frustrated! More

Took my Kia Stinger GT2 AWD in for its first 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation on 3/30/2022.. on 4/10/2022 when cleaning my brake calipers I noticed damage on the top of my left front Brembo brake ca oil change and tire rotation on 3/30/2022.. on 4/10/2022 when cleaning my brake calipers I noticed damage on the top of my left front Brembo brake caliper, I contacted service manager Jeffery Thibodeau about the issue and all he could do is make excuses and refused to replace my caliper that cost over $1,000. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a lawsuit against Celebration Kia of Dublin for all replacement cost and labor cost. More
My plates are still not transferred 37 days later. I have contacted them on two different occasions. No one has followed up to make sure this has been done, and I already paid for this transfer.
