The worst experience I have ever had at any dealership in my sixty years of driving. If the service department treats even a small percentage of there clients like I was treated they should be out of busines my sixty years of driving. We paid $1,200 to replace the wiring harness, and now they're trying to charge us $149 PER ISSUE to diagnose problems that started after their repair. Manny was completely useless throughout the process—WEAK communication, no accountability—and the service manager was even worse, dismissive and arrogant every time we tried to get answers. They’ve wasted our time, taken our money, and gave us back a car in worse shape than when we dropped it off. We’re done with Celebration Chevrolet and taking our business somewhere that doesn’t treat customers like idiots. Total nightmare. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!! More

Made appointment for my Saturn to repair transmission fluid leak. Had to tow for fear of damaging engine. They got us to come in to lease a 24 ev truck for $5000 down and $500 a month for 3 years. When we got there it was $6500 down and $900 a month.
