I used the Quick Lube service for my 5k service on my 2013 Avalon. I was very easy to get in and out and the team was very friendly and courteous to my needs. Employee was very nice and service took less time than first thought. I went to the quick lube service and was disappointed there was no coffee. I know it sounds strange but I actually look forward to getting my car serviced! The quick service center has been designed for the comfort of the customer. The people are friendly - none of the condescend getting my car serviced! The quick service center has been designed for the comfort of the customer. The people are friendly - none of the condescending "you are interrupting my doing nothing" attitude at other places I have used in the past. There are always fun snacks and drinks. Brew a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee while connecting on the wi-fi. When I bought my car, the dealer told me I would love owning a Toyota - and I totally do! More
I had bad wiper blades they were put on less than 6 months ago they had been streaking for several weeks and we had our first snow fall on 11-11-13 and it was snowing so hard at times you had a hard ti months ago they had been streaking for several weeks and we had our first snow fall on 11-11-13 and it was snowing so hard at times you had a hard time keeping the windshield clean so I went to the service department and John took care of the matter and what a difference it made having new blades on Thanks John More
Service date: 11/8/13 Air conditioner. On Sunday Afternoon I was driving and the door locks clicked, emergency flashers and dome light all went on. They did not want t turn off right away. I used the door lock on the drivers door to lock & Unlock several time - they finally went out. I am only mentioning this for the record in case it were to happen again or something similar. First time visit after e-mailing Tim Steel in the new car dealership service center. Tim recommended that I try the Quick Lube located at their used car dealership across the parking lot. I was able to drive over on Saturday morning without an appointment and have my oil/filters changed and tire rotated. I was able to watch the Iowa Hawkeyes on TV while munching on fresh popcorn. What a fast, pleasant experience for me. I was very worried over my key fob not working. I was helped the minute I got there, assuring me that they would be able to help me. And they did. Really everyone was nice. I was not even done with a coffee when they had checked out my key issue and replaced the batteries in both car starters, fixed my (loose) headlight that I didn't even know was not working and informed me of a kind of recall on my car that I can come back for. I loved the multi-point inspection. I found out that I had bad front brakes, two bad tires, and a license plate light that was out. Wow, I had no idea! I'll be back. I have always been treated very well. The only mess up was the shuttle service forgot to pick me up at the end of the day. When I scheduled with the driver at Toyota in the morning he said he would pick was the shuttle service forgot to pick me up at the end of the day. When I scheduled with the driver at Toyota in the morning he said he would pick me up around 4 pm. I called at 4:15 and the driver I talked to said they did not have my name down at all. I was able to catch a ride from a friend at work. As far as price, work quality and customer care I am happy with all my experiences so far. More
