Came in on Christmas Eve. Day, early morning as I had a dead battery. My triple AAA came to my home that morning jump started my vehicle and tested my battery as it had a dead cell. I immediately brought my vehicle in, Toyota tested my battery, put a new battery in and I was on my way. I was very thankful that this was done without hesitation or question in professional manner. Experience a excess wait (over an hour) for my oil change due to having less employees working during the holiday season. In the past, I have normally been in and out within a half an hour. Always A+ service and helpful with my other car needs, (none Toyota). I purchased my Toyota truck here but, my wifes car is a Nissan from another dealership. Gus and the quick lube has no problems gettin (none Toyota). I purchased my Toyota truck here but, my wifes car is a Nissan from another dealership. I have told many people I would buy a Toyota again just for the Service Department. They keep me apprised of progress, friendly shuttle drivers, pleasant waiting area, and make EVERY effort to have a good for the Service Department. Took my daughter's car in for an oil change and new wiper blades, also mentioned problem with radio and Gus got right on it - going to the car himself and locating the passcode needed to operate the ra wiper blades, also mentioned problem with radio and Gus got right on it - going to the car himself and locating the passcode needed to operate the radio. He entered the code and set the time for us as well so the radio was working when we got back in the car. While doing the oil change the techs noticed a nail in the tire and fixed that for us as well. Always a great experience with these folks! More

I made an appointment. I got there early. They got me in and out in less time then what I was told. Was very happy with my service. The only thing that I don't like about Cedar Rapids is it doesn't have a p and out in less time then what I was told. Was very happy with my service. I took my Lexus LS460L in for an oil change on December 12. I had an 11:00 A.M. appointment and was taken right away. I chose to wait for the work to be completed. Typically, oil changes take between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the number of customers. I had used this facility in the past for oil changes on my previous Lexus and also my wife's Toyota Camry, and was always satisfied with the service. However, this time the service took an hour and 50 minutes - for a simple oil change!! No one ever came into the waiting area to tell me my car was ready or why it was taking so long. When I checked with the Service Desk after an hour and 20 minutes, I was told they were just finishing up the paperwork and should be done soon. I was expecting someone to let me know when the paperwork was done. That did not happen. I finally checked again and was told that my paperwork was at the cashier, and I could pay my bill and retrieve my car. I would have appreciated someone letting me know when it was done. I'm very disappointed in the demonstrated lack of customer focus. I certainly had higher expectations. More
