Cedar Rapids Toyota sent me a reminder that I needed a 50,000 mile check on the 2010 Prius (purchased at CR Toyota) and included a 10% disount coupon. Using their web site i was able to set up the appoin 50,000 mile check on the 2010 Prius (purchased at CR Toyota) and included a 10% disount coupon. Using their web site i was able to set up the appointment for the 50,000 mile check and later change my appointment to include an oil change. When I arrived the friendly staff promptly checked me in and within an hour all of hte work was finished. The waiting room was clean and had fresh coffee, cookies, and pie! More

Our daughter drives a 2000 Camry. She is a student at the University of Chicago and had to go back to school on Monday, January 13th. When I started the car in the morning it made a cranking sound. I knew this needed to be check before she went back. I drove over to the service center and arrived at about 7:30 am. It was a zoo! But Tim very patiently listened to my predicament and said he would do his best. I caught a ride home and had a very pleasant conversation with the driver! I was at work by 8:00. By 9:30 am Tim had called and said it was the starter and the car would be done in an hour. Unbelievable, they really went above and beyond and Tim did his very best!!
