Mr. Almoayed- 1st I want to applogize for any slight over/under fill to a tire that caused your tire pressure light to come on. 2nd I went and pulled up your invoice ticket from the 29th when you were here and had the parts department run the item you claim is a tire cap. That item which you were charged $5.50 is the paper oil filter element that was part of your oil change and tire rotation services performed from that day. We would NEVER charge for a stem cap and did not for you either. I have asked the service team to find you an exact tire cap stem match next time you are in. Again please look at your invoice and note the line that say Qty 1 part# 04152-yzza6 Replacement Element is for your oil filter. We hope to see you on your next service visit. My only concern is that you are very quick to point out in chronological order all of the things that went wrong including some speculation. I was not there and what you described does sound very frustrating.
