He was very knowledgeable about the Sienna we were interested in and was patient with us on determining if it was the right one for us. We expressed some of our concerns with the van and he was able to answer all our questions and in the end made everything "right" with the van before we left the lot with our purchase. It was late when we had finished the deal and Spencer even got us sandwiches to enjoy at the end of our long day. I would highly recommend Cedar Rapids Toyota and especially Spencer T. I look forward to dealing with them with future purchases--it is worth the drive for us. More

We came to Cedar Rapids Toyota after being treated poorly at a dealership close to us (whom we have dealt with many times) and are we glad we did!! Terry was a great person to work with and he made the whole experience very painless!! In fact everyone we dealt with or met were friendly and helpful - we bought a new Highlander and I have to say this was one of our first times we were happy with the price and the person we ended with. Alan is fantastic salesman who really makes sure you understand how to use the features of your car, takes you on a great test drive to try out all different road types, and there was no hassle or shady salesman tactics.. He gave me a great deal, exactly what I wanted. Curt the finance guy was also amazing, after being told I was going to get the new grad discount and having it fall through he went above and beyond to get the payment back down to where I could afford.
