In past years I have avoided using the dealership for service due to poor experiences. However, Joseph Saucedo has been great to work with on my first two visits. I’ll keep going as long as I get him as service due to poor experiences. However, Joseph Saucedo has been great to work with on my first two visits. They diagnosed and got the job done same day! Wasn’t a small task, power steering return line, both high lines and the low line leaks! Power washed the oil away and then called me to pick up! Cedar Park Nissan Service: A Monumental Disappointment and Upselling Extravaganza My decision to purchase a truck from Cedar Park Nissan in 2018 now feels like a monumental mistake, thanks to their aby and Upselling Extravaganza My decision to purchase a truck from Cedar Park Nissan in 2018 now feels like a monumental mistake, thanks to their abysmal service department. Lured by their seemingly attractive specials and discounts, I’ve been a regular visitor for maintenance. However, my experience has been nothing short of a disaster, overpriced recommendations, deceptive warranties, and a focus on upselling. The latest debacle began when a large screw punctured my rear tire. Expecting a straightforward repair under their “buy 3 get 1 free” tire offer, which included a two-year warranty, I scheduled an appointment with Cedar Park Nissan. What followed was a painful exercise in frustration. After a two-hour wait, I was told my tire was “non-repairable” and that the warranty had expired due to an incomprehensible mix of mileage and time limits. I was then presented with a $240 bill for a replacement tire, a price that was both shocking and unjustifiable, given that the screw was not on the sidewall and the warranty was supposed to cover such issues. In stark contrast, Discount Tire swiftly repaired the tire in under 30 minutes and at no charge. This efficient service highlighted the glaring deficiencies at Cedar Park Nissan. It’s clear their service department is less concerned with genuine customer care and more obsessed with extracting every possible dollar from their customers. While a few staff members might be courteous, it’s obvious that their training is geared towards maximizing revenue rather than delivering honest and reliable service. My experience has left me deeply disillusioned, and I will only return to Cedar Park Nissan for essential recall or warranty issues moving forward. If you value transparency and fair service, I strongly advise seeking alternatives to Cedar Park Nissan. Their service department’s focus on upselling over customer satisfaction is a red flag that should not be ignored. This experience has been nothing short of a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services. More
