Steve was able to deliver literally the truck of my dreams. I was dreading dealing with another dealership but Steve heard the stress I had already endured and insured me that I would not experience any stress or pushiness here. Right again! Matt became my best friend as he helped me crunch numbers and bend his ears as I sorted through my financing options (he got me a better deal than my own credit union)!!!! The dealership is about an hours drive from me so I was scrambling in my head how to get back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle with a rental! Cawood to the rescue...Matt offered to have it delivered to me! I can't tell you how much that helped me out. AND I was able to get out that rental early because of it. These Ridgelines are in short supply, and I want to provide my honest review of the experience I had leasing a 2017 Ridgeline RTL-E from Cawood Honda. These Ridgelines are in short supply, and finding one with the color and trim level that I wanted definitely required an internet search and long distance buying effort. I was prepared to go out of state, when I found the one I wanted at Cawood Honda. I contacted Jeremy and after some negotiation we agreed on an acceptable purchase price. Cawood delivered the vehicle to my residence some 150 miles away or so, bringing the paperwork with them. When the team arrived, everything on the paperwork was as we agreed. There were NO surprises, which spoke to Cawood's standard of integrity. The truck was clean and they even filled it up for me. Jeremy offered all kinds of telephone support. I had a great experience and will consider Cawood Honda again. More
