He was very, very knowledgeable, having recently attended a technical training class on this vehicle. His ability to fully discuss all aspects of this high tech vehicle made my decision easy. Jeremy's approach to customers is personal and there is no pressure. I believe he is the tech expert at the dealership. Given the complexity of this new vehicle, he set aside an hour and a half to orient me to the car and get all the electronics set up for my preferences.
