Will not return calls So i purchased my truck in January . Made it extremely easy for the sales person, I already had approval through capital one that was the financial So i purchased my truck in January . Made it extremely easy for the sales person, I already had approval through capital one that was the financial institution that I wanted to use. They proceed to run my credit from 6 other financial institutions and caused my credit to drop from all the hard inquiries then I paid $800 for interior protection I get the truck and they did not detail the interior at all ...it was filthy they did not detail the engine compartment nothing. I have made several attempts to reach out to the dealership loves several messages no one has called me back it has been 2 months More

Shockingly Different I have leased and purchased vehicles many, many times. I typically expect the dealer to try to find every way to upcharge me - from the asking price, I have leased and purchased vehicles many, many times. I typically expect the dealer to try to find every way to upcharge me - from the asking price, to warranties, to other add-ons. Cawood went out of their way to find me the best loan rate at no extra charge to me. Their asking price for the vehicle I bought was very fair based on other dealers and vehicles I test drove. I did not have to sit down with a "Finance" person as has always been the norm. I finished the deal with the salesperson I had worked with from the beginning. Jeremy, our sales rep, communicated with us well and went out of his way to make the buying experience what we needed. I will return to Cawood in the future for our next vehicle. More

Integrity If I had to describe Cawood Honda staff in one word "INTEGRITY" says it all. Outstanding customer service from the whole team. At the end of the 2018 If I had to describe Cawood Honda staff in one word "INTEGRITY" says it all. Outstanding customer service from the whole team. At the end of the 2018 I purchased a used F150 and I had only had it a month and only put on 245 miles on the truck when the ABS system was failing. They whole team at Cawood Honda was involved in figuring out how they could help us with reducing the cost and getting the truck repaired. Because the ABS system wasn't covered under the 3 month power train warranty they could have simply said "Sorry not our problem" but they didn't they stepped up to the plate with out any hesitation. Jana Solecki, Matthew Bateman, Paul Hoffman and if I missed anyone thank you all again for getting together and working with us to get an incredible price and repair done on the truck. In the cynical world we live in its nice to experience a team like Cawood Honda who still puts their customers first and has the integrity, honesty and amazing customer service. Thank you! More
