I was greeted at the front door by a friendly salesman, Jon Green. Jon asked pertinent questions to determine exactly what type of vehicle I was looking for. When I mendtioned that I had seen a specific pickup on Monday afternoon when the dealership was closed, he drove around the lot until that vehicle was located. Jon retrieved the keys, I test drove the vehicle, and we were able to conclude the sale later in the day. Overall a very pleasant vehicle buying experience. The only slightly negative experience was that it took over two hours to complete the make ready process for my new pickup, after completing the financing arrangements. Apparently quite a few vehicles were sold at exactly the same time and possibly some short handeded staff being the day after Christmas. More
