My family and I were referred to Spencer by my sister and her husband, who have purchased THREE cars through Spencer! I am giving the rating of all 5's, because our experience was a very good one. We were looking for a car for our daughter to take to college. Spencer took the time to listen to what we wanted, and was diligent in finding the perfect car. Our daughter was allowed to test drive the cars, whereas she was not allowed at another dealership because she was only 19 years old. Spencer found exactly what we wanted (RAV4), and the price was very good, too. Spencer even came to close the deal on his day off. Talk about customer service. We will definitely refer our friends and family to Spencer Herrera. More
