I went in to buy a car already sick of the full court press from previous dealers. The guys at Cavender, were professional and courteous. They're prices were better than everywhere else I looked. Extremely happy with my experience at Cavender Toyota. Sales staff was extremely friendly.Price negotiation was relatively straightforward and pain free. The finance manager Chris was outstanding and very easy to work with. Chris went out of his way to make the financing aspect as streamlined as possible and was a pleasure to work with. Spencer and Robby were outstanding getting us a good deal on the truck and working with us to get the payments where we wanted. The truck needed some detail work from where some old stickers had been and Spencer picked me up from my house so I could make it to an appointment while the truck was being worked on. Not only was this the best deal we found on the truck we wanted but the staff went above and beyond. Thank you Chris, Spencer, and Robby. More

Who would have thought buying a car would be so much fun. D.J. Was wonderful listening to what I was looking for and then showing me cars I was really interested in. I just purchased my 8th Toyota from Cavender Toyota and I have always been treated Great! Spencer Herrera has been my salesman since day one and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had one of the worst experiences in my life at this dealership last night... I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to shop here. Well, unless I wanted them to stall him by keeping his keys and not return dealership last night... I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to shop here. Well, unless I wanted them to stall him by keeping his keys and not returning them, as they did to me last night. I had to ask for my keys back at least 6 times before the returned them. I will be calling the local news stations about what happened here. Sad too, as I had a blank check to buy a car and would have bought it if they would have been even halfway reasonable and didn't produce an invoice that put options on the car that are not on it... even according to their own website! This was a used Ford Mustang... I was not aware "Power Seats" meant human powered. If you like someone asking you "why did you waste my time" and commenting that "if you had done your research, you would know that......" then this the place for you! Job well done Carlos Betancourt and Andres Delgado! You really know how to make someone feel welcome! More
