This place deserves all these low ratings. From a 2 plus our tire change and alignment that does not close to the real time frame for those two services. Car wasn't even worked on for an hour of them pulling the car in. To them taking all the time searching for other maintenance not even asked for to charge more(they did that to everyone on the waiting room) I know for a fact they take advantage of people's time and overcharging for simple services. They tried charging 119 for an alignment and right when It was addressed they dropped it down to 109 which should have been stated since it's a special already. poor time management and management all together. The leadership should he ashamed how this place is being ran. Do better toyota!. More
The service center has become to a very respected service center to one of the slowest and most inefficient services. Waited 30 min for the car in front of me just to be checked in. There are a lot of service members at the check in areas but everyone seems to be moving at an extremely low space. I talked to the manager, and he said that they were doing their best. I don’t think so. They lost a client who has been with them for 7 years. More
Adrian Martinez goes above and beyond to assist his customers and he even drove to follow me to return the rental car. I rented a car just to come from Midlothian, Texas to San Antonio, Texas. I did purchase another Corolla same year but a hatchback Adrian was in another position and referred me to Phillip ...well that Toyota was totaled... So I drove to San Antonio for Adrian to help me and he went above and beyond and I love my car and I'm back rolling in a 2022 Corolla SE Ruby Flare Pearl and it has awesome detail on exterior and also on the interior and the mileage is so low 2,371 or so ...he gave me the best option and it's Toyota certified... I will always come to Cavender Toyota and I will always chose Adrian Martinez as my salesman or let him refer me if he promotes and I pray he does he is very patient explains things so you understand and follows up in his clients I wan to post this to your website and Facebook and google and to the entire world!!!! More

This is by far the worst service department! Putting an appointment is completely useless!! Spending 3 hours just for an oil change is ridiculous! And no communication from anyone. I went in for an oil change & MADE AN APPOINTMENT. When I arrived, the service rep told me that there was a recall on the 3rd brake light of my Tacoma. I agreed to get it done since I was already th When I arrived, the service rep told me that there was a recall on the 3rd brake light of my Tacoma. I agreed to get it done since I was already there. My appointment was for 10:00 am, I got there early hoping that would make a difference. I didn’t leave until 2:30 pm!!! While waiting patiently & watching other customers come & go before me, I was getting restless. The rep comes back to inform me that they hadn’t even gotten to the recall yet. (The brake light). I told him I wanted to leave. At the beginning of the service he did ask if I wanted an Uber but I figured I’d wait believing it wouldn’t have taken a whole day of waiting just for an oil change & tire rotation!!!! He said he’d check on me in an hour or so to see if I had changed my mind & take an Uber home but he didn’t check on me thru out the whole day. I know they were busy but as a paying customer they should keep their word!!! I wound up paying over 100.00 just for the service I did get!!! 5 hrs of waiting with no complaint, they could have offered me a discount since they failed to get to the recall that I needed!!! That’s 5 hrs of my life that I won’t get back!!!! As nice as he tried to be I should have just gone somewhere else & not wasted my whole day of waiting!!! More
