You are correct; we dropped the ball with your tire warranty by accidentally cancelling it. We’re glad to have been able to reinstate the coverage as soon as you informed us. We apologize for any confusion regarding the equipment your vehicle has on it, since as you agreed, there were several different vehicles you looked at when selecting the one you ultimately purchased, with some of those having the features you mentioned; however, the one you selected did not have. We were more than happy to assist in addressing the drivability concerns you had with your Corolla, including balancing your wheels and silencing the clicking noise you described.
