This is my second from Cavender Toyota and both times the personnel from the sales staff to finance were so pleasant to work with. They helped me achieve my goal of returning a leased vehicle to the purchase of a new one with the terms that I required. I could not be more pleased. I know that customer focused service is a standard with Cavender Toyota. Thank you for the experience of working with those that take a professional approach to car sales. The personnel of Cavender Toyota have set the bar vary high for the rest of the industry to meat. Keep up the great work. More
Difficult customer I had the worst experience ever. Family and I are currently shopping for 3 vehicles. My brother was looking at prices for a particular vehicle, we wer I had the worst experience ever. Family and I are currently shopping for 3 vehicles. My brother was looking at prices for a particular vehicle, we were not deceitful and told them we weren’t ready to sign today unless we had a good deal. Long story short they wouldn’t move forward without pulling credit they signed papers and shook our hand that we had a deal for the vehicle at $30K out the door. Once credit was pulled (770 score) and we said no down payment the road blocks started. They now needed all these other documents we didn’t have. For every rebuttal we were able to say we would take care of it. It is Saturday and realistically most lenders are not available. They mentioned they needed docs cause lender was asking for certain stipulations. When asked what lender? They said they hadn’t run it yet. 4 hours later David Reyes identified himself as the main manager on duty, I asked what was stopping the deal he mentioned it was the down payment and when I asked him fine how much do you need let’s do this. He then said said his word was final and because I was being “difficult” he refuses to do business with us. Wow for customer experience! Even though we signed docs he refused to provide us copies even when we got there he was asking for us to provide him with the offer we had received from the other dealership. I’m sure this is borderline in violation of the fair lending laws. Anyone else have had similar experiences? I’m so disappointed. Buyer beware! More

However the interest rate seemed high. I wanted get approved through my bank. I needed the Vin # and total price. I could not get a straight answer. I left but the next day reached out to management called multiple times and left a message. I tried to get assistance from internet sales and got no response on a live chat once a asked MSRP . No one responded. I did get call from Bruce wanting to dance again. I am young not stupid. The website does give MSRP but I could locate the Vin #. More
The Best! I flew in from Dallas to purchase my new Rav 4 from Cavender Toyota! Brandon Price picked me up from the airport and drove me over to the store. He I flew in from Dallas to purchase my new Rav 4 from Cavender Toyota! Brandon Price picked me up from the airport and drove me over to the store. He introduced me to Bert Barrera who rode with me on my test drive and explained all the details of my new ride. Both guys were extremely professional and great to work with! They introduced me to Milad Deais in Finance and we worked out the details. By the time we were finished my new vehicle was ready. They got my equipment set up and educated me on oil changes and tire rotations. I was in and out of the dealership in 1:30 hours!!! Thank you guys and thank you Cavender Toyota! More
It was going great until "management" decided to get involve I left this dealership about two hours ago after spending four hours there deciding between two trucks I have been checking out online. I'll say upfr I left this dealership about two hours ago after spending four hours there deciding between two trucks I have been checking out online. I'll say upfront I walked in there ready to buy today. The salesperson was nice enough he was patient as I spent more time that I probably needed deciding which Ram truck to buy. Eventually I decided and we began the arduous process of trade appraisal and financing. Everything went sideways when they offered me a much lower appraisal then other dealerships had offered me in the area. One of the managers in an attempt to be coy and implying that I was bluffing kept asking if Gunn offered you what you are asking for why didn't you buy from Gunn? My response of course was simple--They didn't have what I wanted. So one guy tagged out and another guy tagged in. This person I guess what the sales manager or something, last name was Davilla didn't catch the first name. He came in and played with the numbers trying to convince me that my car--that he kept telling me wasn't worth more than $8,000...he all of a sudden had $11,000 to give me for it...and oh by the way the price of the truck was conveniently much more than advertised. So I asked him you keep telling me my car isn't worth any money but now you have a number closer to what I wanted to begin with, so why didn't we start with that offer? Mr. Davilla again reiterated my car wasn't worth that much, so now I'm totally not buying a thing this guy is trying to pitch to me and I asked him a follow up question which was simply if my car isn't worth this much, than where are you getting this money from? I guess Mr. Davilla didn't appreciate my candor nor concerns because he promptly asked me to leave. So I left--I'll say that people were polite accept for the one manager who didn't appreciate me asking for my keys back. So that's my story. Other than that they have a great selection of vehicles one of which being an extremely low mileage 2016 Ram that I was prepared to drive home tonight had I not been asked to leave by Mr. Davilla. Also I will concede that yes my car does have hail damage on it it's still worth more than the $8,000 they tried to take me for as again I was quoted higher prices from other places that I did not buy from because once again they didn't have what I was looking for---this dealership does have a nice selection of used trucks, but that shouldn't necessitate me taking such a huge loss. As I read through other reviews from Google it appears there are complaints about an older gentleman that caused another customer to walk out. It's quite possible we are talking about the same person. If so I don't know why a business would retain employment of a man that refuses people that are willing to give them money. More
