It is in our policies all vehicles are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and do understand there will sometimes be disappointments when a vehicle is purchased by another customer. Thank you for allowing us to show you other alternative vehicles in our inventory, including the black one you mentioned, that had just been acquired, and we do wish an acceptable alternative vehicle for your son would have been in stock. Again, we do appreciate the opportunity to serve your automotive needs, and we do offer our congratulations to your son on his purchase.

i can understand that you have a first come first serve policy, but when you specifically work with me and my son via email and phone calls starting first thing in the morning, then we tell you we are coming, and driving 2.5 hours to get there, and you call us a few times during the day to CONFIRM we are coming, and then you ALLOW one of the cars to be sold before we get there, then ask me the next day how our buying experience was because you didnt even know one of the cars had been sold?? That is just bad service in my book, and it tells me you dont care about me the customer. But it really angered us that your excuse at the time was that you had 100+ salesmen there and it was hard to keep track of cars etc. What you should have done was what the other dealership did, they grabbed the keys to the car, and the sales rep held them so that the car was not sold. Then, if you had another buyer come in, you could have said "we have a customer coming to see them from out of town, but if he doesnt buy them, we will call you". My son would have bought the white Mustang on the spot.
