The service department is terrible at estimating your wait time, but is resourceful when digging deep for excuses why. Don't waste your time waiting if you're Hispanic. They tend to cater more toward others. I was having my two front tires balanced and after waiting an hour and a half, I was told it would be an additional 45 min wait. What was really great is he was eager to say you can come back another day since its after 5. Definitely won't buy here again. More
