Spencer spent several hours with us allowing my daughter to test drive several cars. At no point was he pushy. He gently and thoughtfully guided us while listening to our needs and wishes. He was concerned that my daughter did not buy a car in which she would be over her head even though it meant less commission for him. Above all he wanted her to have a vehicle that was safe and reliable but also affordable. He guided her as if she were his daughter.
