Spencer spent several hours with us allowing my daughter to test drive several cars. At no point was he pushy. He gently and thoughtfully guided us while listening to our needs and wishes. He was concerned that my daughter did not buy a car in which she would be over her head even though it meant less commission for him. Above all he wanted her to have a vehicle that was safe and reliable but also affordable. He guided her as if she were his daughter. The service department is terrible at estimating your wait time, but is resourceful when digging deep for excuses why. Don't waste your time waiting if you're Hispanic. They tend to cater more toward others. I was having my two front tires balanced and after waiting an hour and a half, I was told it would be an additional 45 min wait. What was really great is he was eager to say you can come back another day since its after 5. Definitely won't buy here again. More
