A terrible start not keeping appointment. I called Cavendar after doing research and deciding on the color both interior and exterior that I wanted. I spoke with Joey Hernandez around 1PM. I explained that I wanted to look at 3 VIN numbers listed on your website. He said he would look them up and call me back within 30 minutes. It was an hour before returning my call. He had 2 of them in stock and we made an appointment at 3;30. When I arrived and asked for Joey at the desk he was no where to be found. Josh Morales greeted me. Turns out Joey did not pass down any information on what I had made an appointment to see. Extremely frustrating and poor business practice to have an appointment and not have the salesman show. For that reason I would be reluctant to recommend the dealership. On positive side Josh Morales was GREAT. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It was only with his help that we decided to purchase. More

WHY POOL MY CREDIT IF I TOLD YOU THAT YOU SHOULD NOT? I had a very terrible day today after wasting about 4 hours there in search of what I do not want. I am writing this review because I on countless occasions informed the sales rep and the Finance Manager that I had cash to pay for the car and I do not want my credit pooled. I got home and had a notification that a hard credit score has been pooled. I toiled to build my credit to the level it is now only for the accountant to pool my credit. Beware of SCAMERS all they need is your money. I will fight them to reverse this By the way my name is Max YOU GUYS NEED TO BE CUSTOMER ORIENTED. IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY. Chris Rangel, our salesperson, was immediately charming and lured us into the office to talk about what we were looking for. We were not easy to please but he was most helpful and very respectful. He answered all our questions. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that same visit. We also had interaction with Ben who was also helpful and they both did everything they could to get us the best possible deal. It was overall a very good experience. More
