We looked at cars, test drove those that I was interested in and then I made my final selection. Ben Gros did a phenomenal job "closing the deal" and their Financing Manager who walked me through all of the paperwork at 11:30pm at night was personable, patient and knowledgeable - we both walked away with a fair deal and I'm quite pleased with my 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE purchase.
