The first sales agent quoted me a price to get me to visit the car dealership in person. Sales tactic. Negotiations took three and half hours. Lots of back and forth with thought and figures. Lots of sales tactics. At the end I got the bottom line price that I wanted. Low balled me on my trade in but I made it up will the savings on my new car. I am very happy with my new 2019 Toyota Prius. Much better than my old car! More

VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES and NO FOLLOW UP NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND NO FOLLOW UP. We came to Cavender Toyota to look for an Avalon. We found one but we had levels o NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND NO FOLLOW UP. We came to Cavender Toyota to look for an Avalon. We found one but we had levels on what we were willing to walk away from the dealer spending. We had a very high quality trade in to provide, new (2018) and low mileage. With these factors we had found a car that was what we wanted. We first sat down to discuss price and our "immediate" sales associate never directly dealt with us on the price. Immediately we were given pressure from a second level pricer which after a few back and forths we hit a 3rd level pricer/sales associate. This entire time we kept asking them to have our keys back to our trade in so we could leave and they would not provide the keys to us. Pressure kept mounting with more back and forths all while we just wanted to leave the dealership, but they had our keys. In the end, yes we signed paperwork and own a Avalon but left there unsure about what we had just done. Over the next week we keep going over the situation and regret the fact of how we were pressured and the dislike for the car continues. We have reached out to the the dealership with phone calls and emails to our sales associate etc. to discuss how we feel and to discuss how we were treated. This is done in an effort to inform them of their pressure sales and to see if they could do anything. It's been 1.5 weeks and NO response from the dealership to our phone calls or email. Horrible follow through and post sales customer Support. More

I came Back Finished paying off a 2012 Tacomaand was in market for to purchase a 2017 Tacoma. Had issue with sales personnel at that time. Went to another deale Finished paying off a 2012 Tacomaand was in market for to purchase a 2017 Tacoma. Had issue with sales personnel at that time. Went to another dealership and leased a 2017 Tacoma. Travel and service not to my liking and taled to Edmundo Valdez Service Advisor about my concern. Mr Valdez serviced my 2012 for 5 years and assured me that he would do the same for the leased 2017. I confied in Mr Valdez and expressed that leasing was not for me. Suggested that I wait which I did and then at the proper time recommended me to Mr Michael Rodriguez Sales rep. . A true pro Mr Rodiguez listened and extended us with courtesies in conducting our transaction, Need I say that the reason I continued to come back was because of Mr Edmubndo Valdez in service , an assest to Cavender.Toyota. The same kudos for Mr Michael Rodriguez wo made it also possible. Will refer customers to him . Am enjoying my new 2019 Tacoma More
