My vehicle was dropped off for a 10,000 mile service and to fix a squeak in the rear end. After three weeks of awful communication with an incompetent service representative, I picked up my truck. Upon leav to fix a squeak in the rear end. After three weeks of awful communication with an incompetent service representative, I picked up my truck. Upon leaving the shop I pulled over to check my oil, as I noticed the oil light was still on. My vehicle’s oil was dark brown and my truck had not been serviced at all. The squeak has since came back and I will surely never be returning to Cavender Toyota for any business. Absolute incompetence across the board. Avoid Cavender Toyota and get your vehicle serviced anywhere else. More

I went in to buy a vehicle and had one sales man try to pressure me into a credit application told him I wante There is a reason they have 2.5 stars. I went in to buy a vehicle and had one sales man try to pressure me into a credit application told him I wanted to see all the numbers before I do a credit application. He then brought out Ricky who is a sales manager to sit down and try to pressure me again into a credit application. Ricky then tried to lie to me saying that banks will require money down which is false. They will not show you any paperwork or numbers until you do a credit application. I felt they tried to lie and be sneaky with their deals. Hide numbers from you because they refuse to show them. I walked out and will tell everyone not to go there. Shady shady people. More

Service is seriously lacking. They do not keep you advised as to what is being done or any encountered delays in the process. I received an email as to a recall on my vehicle. I called to check on it, but was told a manager that no recall existed. When I took in my vehicle for maintenance, they found a recall and decided to correct it without keeping me abreast as to what was going on. A simple oil change turned into a five hour delay! Outrageous!! All they could do is apologize. More
If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 months have gone by and my plates still have not came in. I finally called and spoke with a manganese and guess what my plates were in. I’m also a Disabled veteran where I was told that I won’t pay taxes on a new vehicle, turns out that was a lie!!!! Which I had to find out on my own. Then to come find out I paid for 2 registrations because the finance department was to lazy to put that I was a disabled veteran. The best way hung about this process is that I’m finally done and will not have to step foot in this facility again. More
We were having problems getting our second FOB for our new RAV4 from Toyota Corp so we decided to go to the dealer to see if they could help. Mr. Abraham Mendoza met us and was very polite and profession new RAV4 from Toyota Corp so we decided to go to the dealer to see if they could help. Mr. Abraham Mendoza met us and was very polite and professional. After listening to our issue and concerns, he immediately started making calls and researching the status of our FOB and within minutes was able to find the FOB and schedule an appointment for us to pick it up and have it programmed. Mr. Mendoza is an example of a true professional that goes above and beyond his duties and responsibilities to ensure that Toyota customers are totally satisfied with their Toyota experience. I kept getting emails & text messages re special incentives so decided to take Cavendar up on them as we were considering upgrading my husband's '22 Tundra to a '23 one mostly due to his needing an incentives so decided to take Cavendar up on them as we were considering upgrading my husband's '22 Tundra to a '23 one mostly due to his needing an extended bed for work purposes. We didn't anticipate coming out with 2 new vehicles!! JD originally contacted us but Sheldon his teammate and manager Abraham Mendoza closed the deal and agreed to an offer we couldn't refuse. Outstanding service, even staying until past 11pm to close the deal 😏... I would definitely recommend their team to anyone interested in purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. More
