Zero response or actual assistance 1 Star rating based on this review site defining a 2 as FAIR. I was not able to actually purchase a vehicle because the salesman never responded to me 1 Star rating based on this review site defining a 2 as FAIR. I was not able to actually purchase a vehicle because the salesman never responded to me. Arrived at dealership to link with a sales person and put a face to a voice for the remainder of the transaction. Looked at available models to decide which would fit our needs. Because I was short on time for that day I requested promotional materials to review overnight so I could narrow down the exact options that we wanted and I could follow up the following day. No physical materials available but soft copies were emailed quickly and I was able to respond to the salesman the same day with the Model, Trims and Options that were acceptable to us. I never received any kind of response either phone or email. Apparently Hugo is not interested in selling a vehicle. A total of 3 emails were sent detailing what we were looking for. I am not interested in sitting in a dealership for hours on end going through they typical negotiation back and forth bs. In 2017 I purchased my last vehicle, a 2017 RX350 F Sport, from a West Side Lexus in Houston over the phone/internet without issue. Just showed up on pickup day and signed the final papers. More
