A little sloppy in the service department I would recommend the dealer, even though there were some issues after I got home and took a closer look. The communications prior to the sale were fa I would recommend the dealer, even though there were some issues after I got home and took a closer look. The communications prior to the sale were fantastic, and I was disappointed that I had to drive 2 hours on Friday night after work because the dealer would not hold the vehicle for me until Saturday morning...even after offering $500 deposit via venmo/paypal/etc. It only took 2 1/2 hours to test drive and close the transaction and leave, and the dealer honored the price quoted on the phone and email, which is not always the case at other dealers. There were no hidden fees. Once I got home the next day in the daylight, I found that the antifreeze reservoir was low about 4 inches below the full line, and the oil change sticker showed that the oil needed changing 2 days after my purchase, and there was lipstick on the visor and roof on the drivers side that was not visible in the dark. All of this leads me to believe the Sequoia was not serviced, even though it was a "certified" vehicle, which is a bit discouraging. Being 2 hours away, it is not worth the drive back in to remedy the issues. More
