Jeff was very rude and made me cry. I had to take my car back a month after purchasing it because they neglected to check all my fuses and a couple were broken. I was under the impression that I shouldn't have been charged since this should have been fixed on my certified car before it was available for purchase. When I asked Jeff about it he immediately raised his voice telling me that I'm wrong. So I ended up paying for the work that should have been done before I bought it and I left crying. So happy with this dealership. I mistakenly made my appointment for the wrong day and showed up a day early. The dealership is massive with great accommodations. Even the sales associates greeted us and were so friendly. 10/10 recommend Hudiburg Subaru and Jeffrey. More
Oscar went above and beyond.
