I purchased my 2022 Outback Wilderness 6 months ago. This was my first scheduled service plus having a trailer hitch installed. This is also my first Subaru vehicle. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was. I was used to just pulling up into a dealer's service garage where they are working and dropping the car off. Here, there was a separate check in area which was very nice to process through. Since the technician that was experienced in installing the hitches was not there that day, they provided me with a free loaner vehicle for a couple of days. I appreciated waiting for the experienced tech, since adding the hitch was really quite an involved process. The whole check-in process was very smooth. I came back a couple of days later as planned, and my car was perfect. Turning in the loaner and processing the paperwork was the easiest I had ever experienced at a dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. We only have a few Subarau dealers in our area, and this is the only one I will deal with now. They have gained my trust as a customer completely. More
