Yes I had been working with Ryan since the 1st of November looking at an Outback. I filled the credit app out on line and went to talk to dealership and I was told that I qualified for the 1.9% finan November looking at an Outback. I filled the credit app out on line and went to talk to dealership and I was told that I qualified for the 1.9% financing form Subaru and so I had a few more cars to look at before making my choice. I returned to dealer and test drove with my spouse and she liked it as well. Although I informed Ryan why I was not buying this day d/t a buy back from Hyundai for the Elantra which was a lemon and I was making sure all paperwork was final before signing for another car. I went back to dealer and Ryan was helpful like always, he wrote me up with the form for finance and it had price of Outback at 1.9% and when I got to finance this was not true. The finance couldn't get me 1.9% d/t my credit score dropped to 696 and I needed 700 to get 1.9% although 3 weeks before it was fine. No one informed me that this could happen. Then Darcy got involved and ask if he could give me a check for $400.00 d/t financing issues. I said this is going to cost me 30-40$ more a month and he was like its only 40$, although over the note it is like $3000.00 and so finance stated they knocked off $300.00 off car and got my payments close to what it would be at 1.9% although now we were at 2.9% and then I stated add the 300$ back to price and write me a check for $400 and Darcy shook my hand and I left. Darcy wanted to bully me into a $3000 adventure and talked down like it was a money issue and it was principle of poor communication. Never the less the dealer couldn't cough up $100.00. So after the poor treatment I went straight to BOB MOORE and bought a 2014 Outback and got GAP for less than they were charging me with out all that. And at BOB MOORE I was in and out in 2,5 hours!! Took my car to the collision center where it was stored apparently in an unsafe location since the window was broken out and the stereo stolen. Now Hudiburg Subaru is stating they aren't liable for the dam apparently in an unsafe location since the window was broken out and the stereo stolen. Now Hudiburg Subaru is stating they aren't liable for the damage. This damage will cost more than the original damage on the bumper that the car was there for. This is a big dealership and you would think they would care enough about their customers to fix this. They won't! Now I will have to take them to court to hopefully get the money I will be out for the window and expensive stereo. Oh and by the way it rained last night so the interior is also damaged. Never take your car to these people!! More
Purchased a new BRZ from Ryan. It was my second Hudiburg purchase with Ryan and was just as easy as the first. Amazing customer care and attention. With a new baby on the way my wife and I were looking to trade in our two seat convertible sports car for a family friendly car. We liked the Subaru brand and decided we wanted an Outback for our safe, pra trade in our two seat convertible sports car for a family friendly car. We liked the Subaru brand and decided we wanted an Outback for our safe, practical family car. Since we had a relationship with the parent company of the other Subaru dealership in town, Bob Moore, and had been a customer of theirs for 7 years, we went there first. Unfortunately, we found out that was a mistake. They had a large number of severely hail damaged 2013 Outbacks on the lot and while we were not looking for an unreasonable price for the cars, we needed to be able to justify the risk of taking on a brand new car with such extensive, unfixed, damage. On top of that, the value for our trade in, at KBB and Edmunds low prices, was $10,000 more than what they offered. After nicely expressing our frustration in an email to the sales manager at Bob Moore, we received no response, nor any followup reply from the salesman who was working with us. This surprised and baffled us. Thankfully though, it lead us to Hudiburg, where we had a great experience. Darcy, our salesman, was easy to work with, and the sales manager Brad, went out of his way to make sure we were fairly treated. With my wife 8.5 months pregnant at the time we didn't want a long process and both Darcy and Brad did their best to accommodate. We worked a reasonable, fair price on an Outback and my trade. Then because we both wanted something sporty, since we were trading our fun car, we asked about trading in our other car for a WRX. Brad, went to work on that trade and the price on the WRX as well. He came back with a fair price for each and instead of one car, we ended up trading in both of our cars for two brand new Subarus. It seemed crazy at the time, and still feels a bit wild, but we got exactly what we wanted out of each deal, walking out of the dealership with no regrets. For such a crazy transaction, I still feel better about this double car purchase than any other car purchase I've made in many years. I can honestly say, I highly recommend Brad, Darcy, and Hudiburg Subaru. They were honest, fair, and accommodating. Just the kind of folks that will earn my repeat business. More

My husband and I researched our purchase for several months prior to the actual purchase. We had our decision narrowed down to four vehicles and brands. We advised all of the salesmen the same thing, we were not quite ready to purchase but we were in the process of elimination. Mitch Claunch was our salesman. We really liked him, he took us on a couple test drives and most importantly he kept in touch via email, sending updates of finance options and "what was new" at Subaru. Mitch was not pushy at all, he is very comfortable to be around. When we finally narrowed our decision down to two vehicles; the Subaru Crosstrek and the Mazda CX5 Mitch let us take the Crosstrek over to the Mazda dealership for a side by side comparison. Both vehicles appealed to me, what ultimately made my decision easy was Mitch and the service he gave us. Our thoughts were; if he was as helpful and friendly prior to the sell (a period that expanded several months) then the service after the sell was bound to be good. Additionally, when it was time to pick up the vehicle my husband just happened to be flying into the local airport, Mitch volunteered to pick him up and take him to the dealership so he would not have to take a cab. More
