Found exactly what we were looking for - quickly Kacey pleasantly greeted us at the door. We were just stopping by to see when the new 2016 Legacy would be available (we knew they were "in transit"). Kacey pleasantly greeted us at the door. We were just stopping by to see when the new 2016 Legacy would be available (we knew they were "in transit"). I had gone online and made a "wish list" of all the safety features, color, and other options we wanted on our next Subaru. Living nearly 90 miles away, you don't just drop by the dealership on a whim. To our surprise, the exact car we wanted was located, our trade-in was evaluated, and the deal made in just a couple of hours. Kacey has been great to work with. She carefully listened to us, never pressuring us to buy something we didn't want. When we returned to take delivery, she patiently showed us how all the new technology worked, and has since followed up to answer any questions. Someone else could have helped us, but we are so glad Kacey saw us coming through that door. Also, we are really pleased with our new Legacy. Wesley More

I live in Edmond and went to the local Subaru dealership to buy a car, but they did not earn my business. They made a very low offer on my trade-in and I did not like their sales tactics. My wife and I drove down to Hudiburg Subaru on I-240 and it was a much better shopping experience. Kacey greeted us very warmly and listened to our interests. We test drove the Forester (my initial buying interest) and the Outback. I decided against the Forester and liked the Outback. Kasey suggested we also test drive the Crosstrek and that was the one! Hudiburg gave us much more for my trade-in and found the Crosstrek I wanted option-wise in Texas and had it delivered in a couple of days. Kasey and the manager Darcy did a great job of earning our business and gave us a great deal and superior customer service. We plan to return and get an Outback for my wife in the near future. I highly recommend Hudiburg Subaru! More

We were supposed to meet with Robert Walker originally, but he was tied up with other customers so Kacey Haston helped us. She was excellent and brought both Subarus up for us to go over and then test drive one right after the other and helped us choose a Forester that we love! Kacey went above and beyond to help make the car buying experience enjoyable for us and Robert was great about checking in with the three of us to make sure we were being taken care of as well! The whole process was honestly enjoyable and we went in there "mentally prepared to deal with car dealers", but not this team! Kacey, Robert and Wendy were a joy to work with and even the other employees we simply encountered were so nice. They were very fair with my trade-in offer and worked with us to make a deal we are happy with. We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and specifically Kacey and Robert! Thanks guys!!! More

Almos Excellant service all around. Very little haggling needed to get an excellant deal. Straight shooters. Ask for Adam he will treat you right. Almost two weeks with our first subaru. Love it. Now I know why I have yet to meet an owner of a subaru who complains about their car. More

My wife and I never considered a new car other than a Subaru Forester. We've been studying the market for years, and nothing comes close to the Subaru in initial customer satisfaction. The fact that there are very few used Foresters for sale is also significant. People keep them. Additionally, we wanted the AWD feature to help us deal with Oklahoma's infrequent but crippling ice storms. We never considered a dealership other than Hudiburg Subaru. That's because of my ten years' experience as a customer next door, at Hudiburg Nissan. At Hudiburg, I've felt there was anything more important than my car, my safety, and my satisfaction. As my 2005 Altima rolled up the miles, the service writers (especially Marvin) were great at helping me decide what maintenance was essential, what was important, and what could be deferred, given the increasing age and decreasing value of my car. When I bought my Subaru, I wanted to continue working with people who were inculcated with those corporate values. When I walked in the door, I was lucky to get Adam Nowlin. He seemed to know immediately what I was looking for, both in terms of features and price, and steered me to the perfect car. The test drive was short, comprehensive, efficient, and informative. I was back only a few hours later to write a check (this was a cash purchase) and take delivery, which went quickly and smoothly. (Special shout-out for Ms Tatum, on loan from the Nissan dealership, who got the paperwork ready in record time.) In summary: A great experience with first-class people, who are lucky to be selling a product that almost sells itself. More

The woman who handled the paperwork managed to slip in an extra "etch" service, that I did not ask for or want, and I caught it a couple days after purchasing the car, at which point I asked for her to cancel it. After calling her once a week for months, often getting no answer, and when I did catch her, she would say the third party who the "etch" service was through doesn't answer their phones. So finally I called the third party (who answered on my first attempt calling), and they said they had no record of her calling but would be happy to cancel it themselves. My sales person (Paco) was very nice and helpful on the day I purchased my car. He called several times to see if everything was working out with it, and I explained the issue with the "etch" program I wanted cancelled. He would say that he would have the woman responsible call me. After several calls of him checking in, and me saying the "etch" issue wasn't resolved, he stopped calling. They also didn't promptly send title paperwork. I had to call and remind them right before my tag was due, then rush to get my tag the day after receiving it. And recently, I found out they forgot to program the oil change maintenance reminder, which caused me to go over the recommended miles for service and an oil change. If a few things had been handled differently, I could have had a good experience with this dealership. Sadly, my experience was overall very bad. I plan to drive a little further to the other Subaru dealership just to avoid them when needing service on my vehicle. More
