Routine service oil change visit Advisor was fine, forgot his name though. a little disappointed I received a coupon for an oil change in the mail and decided to use it. After arriving it seemed like more of a ploy to do several other things to m I received a coupon for an oil change in the mail and decided to use it. After arriving it seemed like more of a ploy to do several other things to my car that I did not want. I made the appointment online for 12:30 on purpose since I knew I would be in the area. When my keys were taken I was told that several people were out to lunch and they would get to it as quickly as possible. They immediately pulled my car into a bay and the oil change took a little over an hour. The last time I had my vehicle in this shop they did an update on the emergency callout system. Ever since that date my radio has randomly changed stations on it's own, sometimes more frequently than others. I have called the dealership a couple of times about it. I did ask about it and wondered if they could check it but he seemed to think that wasn't the cause and did nothing about it. More
