Awesome experience I did not plan to buy a car the day I walked in. I was just doing market research. After looking at the Outbacks on the lot, Ryne approaches me and I did not plan to buy a car the day I walked in. I was just doing market research. After looking at the Outbacks on the lot, Ryne approaches me and was very friendly. Asked me what I knew about the Outbacks. I told him not a lot. He thoroughly went through all the features from bumper to bumper. He really knew the product. He then took me on a test drive and I was very pleased with not only the vehicle but him as well. I had my car appraised and it was a very reasonable offer. My wife and I talked it over made a counter offer and it was accepted. We purchased the car that night. through the whole process Ryne was professional and friendly and there were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics at all.
