I wanted to buy the new 2019 Ascent, but it wasn't in the budget this time. So, I bought the top of the line 2018 Subaru Touring Outback. I love it. Paco was very helpful and full of information. He told me to call him anytime I had and questions or problems about my Outback no matter what they were about. Even if it was about servicing my Outback. I hope to come back in 3 years when my warranty runs out and buy the new Ascent. Thanks for your great customer service. The internet person who told us the vehicle we wanted was there apparently abjectly lied and th We purchased our Ascent from this dealership in July. The internet person who told us the vehicle we wanted was there apparently abjectly lied and the Touring model we came to see was gone and had been for some time. The dealership did have a very close match and so we gave it a try. They went out of their way to make sure the car would suit our needs size wise. They did a great job on moving quickly through the process. We will be testing out their service department soon as they will be installing some additional features we wanted that do not come standard. Overall, we had a very good experience. More

not happy with you Tony Glover at 240 and Shields was the ONLY part of this auto dealership that I felt was good. The guy that closed the deal Steve Black acted short and mad the whole time I was with him! The man that worked up my sale Coach I think was snotty. And the Guy I used and felt Loyalty to was not very friendly either. I wish Id let him go and used Tony. I love the van, But service at Hudiburg tinker and Shields at the MANAGER end was Plain CRAPPY! they did not offer to rinse the car before I left and it was very dirty on the outside, I had to BEG for a top off on gas (this has always been standard in past experiences) Once the salesman leave it goes down hill on friendliness! I would have left had I had a way! More
