I stopped to buy fuel for my return trip when the check engine light came on and several systems stopped working on my 2016 Subaru Forester. I asked Siri where the closest Subaru dealer was to my location, and she directed me to Hudiburg Subaru. I arrived at Subaru Service around 14:00 hrs and they worked me in, diagnosed the problem, performed an update, had me back on the road by 15:30, and no charge for their service. My service advisor was Pete Hamather and a si thank you is not enough! More

I was informed of When I took my Forester in due to a recall, a thorough exam revealed 4 additional problems due to lack of service in the past. I was informed of the functions, costs and options available at every step. all the service people I encountered were competent, friendly and efficient. Though there was a steady stream of customers, wait times were minimal. Confident that my car is in much better condition now than when I took it in, my service needs will be handled at the Subaru dealership as long as I own it. The air conditioner is 200% cleaner now, too. More
Frustration, it's what makes a Hudiburg a Hudiburg First off, let me say, I love my new Outback. It's an amazing vehicle. Also, Matt Pringle, our salesperson, was very helpful throughout this entire experience as well. At first I thought this was going to be an amazing experience where I decided to spend a "little" above my budget to receive what I thought was one helluva deal. (Even though they tried the cat and mouse game which lasted more than 5 hours. After a ten hour work day, this was an incredibly exhausting experience.) One day later. I received a text from Freddy Londono in the finance department stating there was a mistake on my contract and roughly $1300 that the dealership HAD AGREED to give me (Tag/Title compensation), was no longer an option because they had made a mistake. The agreement WHICH WE SIGNED was no longer valid. Long story short, I feel manipulated and lied to by this dealership. I drove home with a great deal on a great car. Just a few hours later, I was interrupted during a crazy busy work week by a dealership that made a mistake on paperwork (which was agreed upon) and basically told the car is no longer mine until I cover the cost of the $1300 or change my financing terms to a more unfavorable situation for me. They tried to sweeten the deal with a few extra service visits and a few other things. I walked away with a towing package (valued at $900). I still can't tell if I was just given the works, or if it was genuinely a mistake. It's pretty sad that dealerships do everything they can to make the car buying process so confusing and frustrating where folks can be taken advantage of. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from them. More
